Norman Siegel, after working with her on an issue:
Mr. Siegel said recently that he believed Ms. Quinn had abandoned her beliefs to advance her future political prospects.“I came to the conclusion that I’m not sure what her principles are, and what she really stands for,” Mr. Siegel said. “It was the kind of opportunistic stereotype that most people have these days of politicians.”
There's also a story in the article about how Quinn became convinced a staffer for Tom Duane was a mole for an opponent and organized a ostracism move against the person.
The staffer was not a mole.
No word if Quinn ever apologized to this person, but she did concede to the Times that “It was a horrible, horrible mistake.”
It's not as devastating as the Times piece on her temperament a few months back, but it certainly does help her in a Democratic primary.
